Your data, under control
We only use the data you give us in the contact form (plus minimal technical data) to reply and manage the commercial relationship; we don't profile or sell your data, and you can exercise your GDPR rights by writing to team@c5s.xyz.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, plus minimal technical data automatically generated when browsing the site (IP address, device type, browser). The form asks for: name, corporate email, company (optional) and a description of your challenge and goal.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to: (a) respond to your inquiry and propose the next commercial step; (b) manage the subsequent contractual or pre-contractual relationship, if any; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data for profiling or for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: your consent when submitting the form; the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request; and our legitimate interest in managing commercial communications related to your inquiry.
5. Retention
We keep form data for the time needed to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the contract's duration and applicable legal terms. If no relationship begins, we delete the data within 24 months from the last contact at the latest.
6. Recipients
Your data is not transferred to third parties except: (a) providers offering technical services to Chronos (web hosting on Vercel, transactional email via Resend, anonymous analytics), all subject to a data processor agreement under GDPR; (b) when a legal obligation applies.
7. International transfers
Some providers (Vercel, Resend) may process data in the US or other countries outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection.
8. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, by writing to team@c5s.xyz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency or, if you are in the EU, with your country's supervisory authority.
